PROJECTS
From the Hit4Change Foundation, and through our Solidarity Homes, we support the funding of specific projects led by different NGOs. Many of these projects use sports as a driver for social change. Here are some of the initiatives we currently support:
Sports for Protection
This project aims to offer a safe space and a means of escape for young people and children living in refugee camps, using sport as a key tool.
UNHCR works to foster inclusion, social cohesion, and psychosocial well-being through safe, fun, and structured sports activities that promote development, learning, and active participation in a protective environment.
Eval-Activa
This project, supported by H4C, tracks physical activity in women with breast cancer to identify the most accurate tool depending on their treatment stage.
GEICAM compares questionnaires with accelerometers in order to improve patients’ physical and emotional well-being through exercise.
Wazo Huru Home
We help fund this home in Chunvi, Kenya, which currently houses 33 children who were living in extremely vulnerable family situations.
Wazo Huru Home provides for all their needs—both care and emotional support—so they can grow and develop properly.
All of these children also attend Wazo Huru School, where Idea Libre and its team provide education from early childhood to secondary school to more than 370 children.
EVENTS
What are Solidarity Events?
The Solidarity Events of the H4C Foundation were created to bring us together beyond the punching bag. People who train at different times or in different clubs come together to support causes that move them and give back a little of everything the world gives us. Every event is an opportunity to build community, have fun, and be an active part of change. Because when we sweat for a good cause, the impact multiplies.
What kind of actions do we carry out?
We take part in activities that generate a positive impact in our communities, such as:
Beach, forest, and nature cleanups
Solidarity walks and hikes in local areas
Charity races
Collaborations with local NGOs on one-off initiatives
Food drives and support for social initiatives
Own your strength PROGRAM
Own Your Strength is the first in-house program of the Hit4Change Foundation: a commitment to sport as a tool for physical, mental, and emotional empowerment. Launched in January 2025, this initial edition offers free fitboxing training to women survivors of gender-based violence, in collaboration with the Commission for the Investigation of the Ill-Treatment of Women (Comisión para la Investigación de Malos Tratos a Mujeres). This is just the beginning: we aim to continue expanding the impact of Own Your Strength, bringing its transformative power to more people in vulnerable situations.
